SEMLOL Membership

SEMLOL membership welcomes southeastern Michigan libraries of all types. Membership is joined at the institutional level. Staff of member libraries may participate in SEMLOL executive and organizational activities.

Member libraries, through participation in bi-annual meetings and by representation on the executive board, advance regional library cooperation, resource and information sharing, and the quality of library service in southeastern Michigan through professional development and networking opportunities. Member libraries afford their staff the opportunity to serve the profession by participating on the SEMLOL board, in SEMLOL initiatives, or at bi-annual membership meetings. Institutional SEMLOL membership is free, and ratified by existing membership.
